1. Delivery Fees, Free Delivery and Additional Charges

1.1 Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for purchases of HK$600 or above (after discounts, if applicable).

1.2 Delivery Fee for Orders Below Minimum

A delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged for orders with a total amount below HK$600.

1.3 Remote Area Delivery Fee

An additional delivery fee of HK$50 applies to Lantau Island. Delivery service is not available to Discovery Bay or other restricted zones. Please contact us for inquiries regarding delivery to special areas.

2. Delivery Address & Accessibility

Deliveries will be made only to the address specified at the time of order. The delivery location must be accessible by elevator. If elevator access is unavailable, an additional charge of HK$30 per floor will apply. Alternatively, delivery can be made to the ground floor of the building.

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and any necessary building access instructions are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. Delivery Schedule

Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be processed and delivered within two working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, unexpected delays due to weather, traffic, or operational issues may occur. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to the delivery schedule.

Weather Arrangements:
Delivery service will continue when the yellow and red rainstorm warning signals, Typhoon Signal No. 1 and No. 3 are in effect; however, delays may occur due to weather and road conditions.
Delivery service will be suspended when the black rainstorm warning signal and Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are in effect until the signal is lifted. All deliveries scheduled during these times will be postponed.

4. Receiving Your Order

The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery. A signature may be required to confirm receipt of goods.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will contact the customer to arrange a re-delivery, and an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Contact Information & Communication

Customers are required to provide accurate and reachable contact information, including a valid phone number. Any changes to delivery or contact details must be communicated to the company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.

6. Sale and Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages

If your order includes alcoholic beverages, you must be 18 years of age or older, as required by Hong Kong law.
By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. Delivery personnel reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age. If no valid ID is provided or the recipient is underage, the alcoholic products will not be delivered, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or inaccessible delivery location, the goods will be returned to our facility. A re-delivery fee will be charged for subsequent attempts.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported to the delivery team immediately.

9. Liability After Delivery

Once the goods have been delivered and accepted, the company is not liable for any damage, loss, or spoilage. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of the goods after delivery.

10. Compliance with Regulations

All deliveries are subject to local laws and regulations governing the transport and handling of goods.

11. In-Store Pickup Option

Customers are welcome to collect their orders in-store without restriction or additional cost. Please bring your order confirmation for verification.

12. Special Requests or Instructions

Any special delivery instructions (e.g., preferred time window, gate codes) should be provided at the time of order. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but fulfilment is not guaranteed.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, road closures, or public health emergencies.

For detailed information on deliveries during adverse weather or typhoon conditions, please refer to the “Weather Arrangements” paragraph under the Delivery Schedule section.

In the event of such circumstances, scheduled deliveries may be delayed by one day or until it is safe to resume service.
